While 8401 (Chief Cipriano) was responding to one crash on Friday afternoon, he came across another one with minor injuries in the Blackwood Estates.
Station 84 Handles Crash on Davistown Road
Station 84, GTEMS, and Virtua Medics were dispatched to the 300 block of Davistown Road on Friday for a reported motor vehicle crash with entrapment. Rescue 84 responded with 8402 (AC Coucoules) on board at which time the Camden County Communications advised that there was no entrapment. Upon arrival, 8402 assigned members to assist GTEMS with patient care, mitigate a minor fluid spill and secure the passenger vehicle. The assignment was held to Rescue 84 and GTEMS, and the company cleared up in about 20 minutes.

Members from Station 84 wrapped up a solid block of RIC and firefighter survival drills on Tuesday during our weekly drill night.
84 Responds to Vehicle Into Pole, Pedestrian MVA on Sunday night
Just after 7:30 p.m. Sunday, Rescue 84, Gloucester Township EMS and Virtua Medics were dispatched to the area of 560 S. Black Horse Pike for a reported crash. 8401 (Chief Cipriano) arrived to find a vehicle into a pole and all occupants out of the vehicle. Rescue 84 and Engine 841 remained on location for about a half hour until the scene was turned over to GTPD. A short time later, Rescue 84, Engine 842 and Engine 841 responded to a pedestrian MVA in the area of Davistown and Erial roads. Crews remained on scene until just prior to 9 p.m.
Rescue Responds to Overturned Vehicle
Rescue 84 was dispatched Saturday night to Little Gloucester Road in the area of the Cherrywood Apartments for a reported motor vehicle accident with entrapment. Rescue 84, 8401 (Chief Cipriano) and Squad 86 (Gloucester Township Fire District 6) arrived to find one car overturned with negative entrapment.
Blackwood, Chews Landing Receive Training From Safety and Survival Training
Members of Station 84 and 82 (Chews Landing Fire Department) training on a beautiful Saturday with the Safety and Survival Training, LLC team on firefighter survival skills. Members learned new skills and all had a great day of training.





Crash With Entrapment Involving Tractor-Trailer in 84's Local
Just before 9:30 p.m. Wednesday, Station 84, Gloucester Township EMSand Medics were dispatched to Blackwood-Clementon and Erial roads for a crash with entrapment. 8401 (Chief Cipriano) arrived to find a car underneath a tractor-trailer with the car's driver heavily entrapped. Crews from Rescue 84 and Engine 842, along with Rescue 82 (Chews Landing Fire Department) and Squad 62 (Pine Hill Fire Department), stabilized the vehicle and extricated the patient. Crews remained on location for about an hour before they were made available.
Crews Extinguish Dumpster Fire at Gloucester Premium Outlets
Blackwood Fire Company was dispatched Friday to the Gloucester Premium Outlets for a reported dumpster fire. Engine 841 arrived to find fire showing from a cardboard compactor. Engine 85, Engine 86 and Rescue 84 were special-called to assist with extensive overhaul.

Engine 841 Extinguishes Car Fire on Erial Road
At about 3:15 p.m. Tuesday, Station 84 was dispatched for a reported car fire. Engine 841 arrived on the 400 block of Erial Road to find an engine compartment fire and the engine's crew quickly knocked down the fire.
