To apply to join Blackwood Fire Company as a volunteer firefighter, please follow the following steps:

1. Click the link below that brings up the application: Click here.
2. You may either type your information in the boxes or print the application
out and write it, however, you must bring the completed application to Blackwood
Fire Company, 14 West Central Avenue. The application cannot be submitted
online. 
3. The application must be notarized upon completion. This can be done by our
Administrative Clerk Wendy Fini between the hours of 9am to 4pm Monday to Thursday or you can bring it in notarized.
